We focus on empowering clients to navigate their challenges through evidence-based therapeutic practices. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are committed to collaborative care, innovation, and continuous improvement in mental health services. We prioritize a supportive environment where therapists are encouraged to grow and develop their skills.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients via telehealth sessions. You will have access to our state-of-the-art digital platforms that facilitate secure and confidential therapeutic interactions. Our remote work environment fosters flexibility, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities that cater to each client's unique psychological needs and aspirations.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to the particular dynamics and requirements of each client.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and therapeutic support for clients in acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stabilization.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain meticulous records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate and enhance client care.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic approaches, and community resources, empowering them to advocate for their own needs.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy and integrating new knowledge into practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse client population that may include individuals, couples, families, and groups from various backgrounds. Our clients face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that all individuals feel seen, heard, and valued in their journey toward healing.

Qualifications
  • Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist with a valid LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R certification.
  • Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
  • Exhibit strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Possess a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Show a capacity to work autonomously while also being an effective collaborator within a team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred, but we encourage enthusiastic candidates at all levels to apply, as entry-level roles are also available.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
