Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and nuanced assessments to gauge clients’ mental health concerns, allowing for the formulation of accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, ensuring these approaches are personalized to each client's therapeutic journey.
• Provide crisis intervention services and offer immediate emotional support to clients facing acute mental health issues, ensuring timely and effective care during moments of emergency.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, leveraging electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to design comprehensive treatment strategies that prioritize client wellness and recovery.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health topics, treatment methodologies, and community resources, serving as a reliable advocate for their rights and needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by engaging in training workshops and staying updated with emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds, including both adults and children with varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Fully licensed mental health professional (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits
