The Barber Agency is expanding and looking for a high-producing, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer who knows how to close and wants to get paid for performance.

This is a production role inside a top 1% Farmers Insurance agency. The expectations are higher, the standards are tighter, and the opportunity is bigger.

We provide a proven system, strong lead flow, and hands-on coachingbut this is not a role for someone who needs to be pushed. Were looking for self-starters who take ownership, execute consistently, and perform.

If youre confident on the phone, relentless with follow-up, and focused on building a serious book of business, youll have the tools and support to win here.

If youre average, inconsistent, or not driven by results, this is not the right fit.

This position is ideal for licensed Kansas Property & Casualty agents who:

Want control over their income

Are motivated by performance-based pay

Having your commissions capped

Being managed by leaders who dont produce

Feeling like just another number in a call center
