Responsibilities- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Life Insurance
- Work warm inbound leads and agency-generated opportunities
- Cross-sell and round out accounts
- Follow up on prospects and existing clients
- Maintain strong documentation and CRM activity
- Contribute to a team culture focused on growth, accountability, and results
Requirements- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Previous insurance sales experience
- Proven ability to close business
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Competitive mindset with a desire to grow your income
- Farmers experience is a major plus
