Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to ensure effective interventions.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Develop treatment plans that incorporate the specific cultural, social, and emotional contexts of clients.
  • Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities, including training in teletherapy techniques.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client care strategies, share progress, and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families as needed, equipping them with tools for ongoing mental health management.
  • Stay informed about ethics, clinical standards, and relevant laws in the mental health field to ensure compliance and high-quality care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various cultural backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits
