• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health challenges and formulate personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy—to deliver effective individual, family, or group counseling sessions.
• Support clients during crises by employing effective de-escalation techniques and making appropriate referrals for acute care if necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and assessments, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and social workers to provide comprehensive and holistic care to clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering awareness and understanding of mental wellness.
• Engage in continuous learning through workshops and training to stay updated on best practices in therapy and approaches to mental health treatment.

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health issues. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate situational stressors and long-term psychological conditions, ultimately contributing to improved health outcomes and enhanced quality of life.

• A valid state-issued license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with additional credentials such as a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with strong analytical capabilities.
