RECEPTIONIST
Luxury appliance and hearth dealer in Southington seeking entry level Front Desk Receptionist for our retail office. Full-time position available, 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., Monday to Friday and 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. on Saturday.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate associate. Take messages when associate is unavailable
  • Answer and direct emails
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Make outbound confirmation calls.
  • Collect customer payments via telephone and in person
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, company website and other related information
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist in ordering of office supplies
