JOB ID – Receptionist

Location: Downtown Tampa, 33602 – This position is onsite (Parking is one block away, paid parking lot)

Pay: $20-$22.00 per hour

Type: Contract to hire

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Job description

  1. Greet clients, visitors, attorneys, and vendors while providing professional front desk support, answering and routing incoming calls, and assisting English- and Spanish-speaking clients with general inquiries.
  2. Accurately enter client and case information into firm systems, review documents for completeness, and maintain organized electronic records through scanning, uploading, and filing.
  3. Take detailed messages, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and ensure timely, professional communication with clients and staff.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and reception area organization while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.
  5. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, safeguard confidential client information, and perform additional front desk and clerical duties as assigned.

  • Must be bilingual: Spanish/English with strong/clear verbal communication skills
