Company Description

Jiffys Assistance, Jiffys Mobile, and ShopSafe are all parts of one connected company and service ecosystem. Each part handles a different side of the business, but they are designed to work together.

Jiffys Assistance is the roadside assistance and on-demand service side of the company. It focuses on helping customers when they need convenient, mobile support, including roadside services and dispatching service providers directly to the customer.

Jiffys Mobile is the mobile automotive service division. It connects customers with mobile mechanics and other service professionals who can perform repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and related services at the customer's location instead of requiring the customer to visit a traditional repair shop.

ShopSafe is the technology, marketplace, shopping, delivery, and driver platform that connects everything together. Customers can use ShopSafe to shop for products, buy and sell items, request deliveries, access local services, and connect with Jiffys Assistance or Jiffys Mobile. ShopSafe also provides the operational side for drivers and service providers, including dispatching, job management, delivery opportunities, marketplace listings, and other business tools.

Together, the company is essentially an all-in-one local services, automotive assistance, marketplace, and delivery network. The goal is to let a customer use one connected system to:

Request roadside assistance.

Book a mobile mechanic or automotive service.

Shop from local businesses and stores.

Buy or sell marketplace items.

Have products, food, purchases, or marketplace items delivered.

Connect with independent drivers and service professionals.

Give drivers and mechanics flexible opportunities to choose when they work and which jobs they accept.

Use technology and AI to coordinate customers, workers, dispatching, sales, scheduling, and service delivery.

So rather than treating them as three separate companies, the clearest description is:

Jiffys Assistance | Jiffys Mobile | ShopSafe is one integrated service and technology company combining roadside assistance, mobile automotive services, local commerce, marketplace buying and selling, and on-demand delivery through one connected platform.

ShopSafe serves as the digital marketplace and operating platform, while Jiffys Assistance and Jiffys Mobile provide the service network behind it.
