Your Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will join a team of housing professionals for our Framingham Portfolio.  Cochituate Homes consists of 160 units and Bethany Hill Place has 41 units.  The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (There is the ability to negotiate for an earlier start and end time.)  Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, custodial, and grounds keeping.
