Hamilton INH Properties is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company that excels in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 8,000+ units across Minnesota and Iowa.

What We're Looking For:

Due to recent growth, Hamilton INH Properties is seeking a full-time responsible Caretaker for apartment buildings located in Mankato, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.

Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

  • Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
  • Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies.
  • Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
  • Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
  • Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
  • Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
  • Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
  • Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month).
Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience.
  • Ability to take initiative and to problem solve.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to use common sense judgment in day-to-day matters.
