Real Estate Sales Partner
Are you passionate about real estate and motivated to deliver outstanding outcomes? We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Real Estate Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will oversee property listings, perform comprehensive market research, and offer top-tier support to clients throughout their entire process. Your knowledge will help buyers, sellers, and renters navigate smooth and well-informed transactions. If you excel in communication, have a sharp eye for detail, and flourish in a fast-moving setting, we want to connect with you.
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
