You’ll gain hands-on mentorship from experienced, producing agents along with training focused on communication, lead conversion, and client service. Proven systems and processes will help you stay organized, focused, and productive while building your business with structure and consistency.
Your day-to-day activities will include generating and following up with leads, attending regular training and coaching sessions, setting appointments with buyers and sellers, nurturing relationships through phone and email communication, managing your CRM, and tracking progress toward personal and team goals.

Compensation:$125,700 - $292,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and highlight key features
- Collaborate with our team to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings
- Assist clients in navigating the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Stay informed about local market trends and share insights with clients to help them make informed decisions
- Utilize our proven systems to generate leads and build a robust client base
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry best practices
Qualifications:- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Familiarity with the Chicago-Naperville-Joliet area, or a willingness to quickly learn about the local market and neighborhoods
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting your colleagues
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage client interactions and property listings
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends
