This is not a narrow role; you’ll be part of every stage of the product lifecycle—from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the main WiftHub web app using React + TypeScript + Vite.
  • Develop and optimize backend services using Node.js and Supabase Edge Functions.
  • Design database schemas and queries on Supabase (PostgreSQL).
  • Implement core features: authentication (PKCE/OAuth), supplier onboarding, buyer feed, product/quote management, and notifications.
  • Collaborate with the founder and designer on UX decisions, layout systems, and feature roadmaps.
  • Optimize app performance, caching, and build pipelines (Netlify + GitHub Actions).
  • Ensure security, code quality, and scalability across releases.
  • Help define and improve internal engineering standards and workflows.
Our Tech Stack
  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite, TailwindCSS, Framer Motion
  • Backend: Node.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL + Edge Functions)
  • Infra: Netlify, GitHub Actions, Supabase CLI
  • Design & Tools: Figma, Postman, Notion, Slack
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong proficiency in React + Node.js with at least one modern project shipped.
  • Understanding of SQL and Supabase/Postgres data modeling.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and authentication systems.
  • Ability to take ownership of features and deliver from idea to deployment.
  • Passion for building products from scratch and working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
  • Bonus: familiarity with TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Framer Motion.
Compensation

Competitive base salary.

Early‑stage equity (ESOPs) available for the right candidate.
