  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for youth under 21
  • Implement individualized behavior treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collect data and complete session notes
  • Coach and support parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with schools, social services, physicians, and other professionals
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development


What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children (special needs experience preferred)
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (we provide training!)
  • Reliable transportation, internet access, and strong computer skills
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet driving requirements
