Urologist Position in AZLocated in Tucson, ArizonaFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Urologist to join practice.

  • Full-time, employed opportunity
  • Typical work week schedule: 4 days per week in the clinic and 1 day per week in the OR
  • 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient
  • Average 25 patients per clinic day and 5โ€“10 surgeries per week
  • Manageable call: 7 shifts/month, with additional compensation available
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary + Productivity
  • Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO
  • After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit
  • Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses
  • Possible Relocation Assistance
  • CME: 5K
