ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is hiring an Entry-Level Restoration Technician to join our growing fire and water restoration team.
No restoration experience is required - we're willing to train the right person.
We help homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, smoke, and storm damage. This is hands-on work that makes a real difference for people during stressful situations, while offering strong long-term career opportunities in a growing industry.

Compensation:
  • Entry-level technicians starting around $18-22/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies
  • Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification services
  • Set up and monitor restoration equipment
  • Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials
  • Take moisture readings and document job progress
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
  • Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
