Position Title: Metal Fabricator / Gasket Assembler (Industrial Manufacturing)
About: We're seeking an experienced metal fabricator with hands-on experience manufacturing spiral wound, Kammprofile, or other semi-metallic gaskets. The ideal candidate is a dependable, mechanically inclined professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working with precision equipment, and thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment where quality and teamwork are top priorities. In this role, you'll fabricate precision gaskets, operate specialized manufacturing equipment, interpret technical drawings, perform quality inspections, and help ensure production goals are met with accuracy and efficiency. This is not an entry-level position, but it offers continued learning and career growth within a stable and specialized industry.
Metal Fabricator / Gasket Assembler (Industrial Manufacturing) Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture spiral wound, kammprofile, and other semi-metallic gaskets according to customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Operate gasket winding machines, grooving equipment, 3-roll benders, and other fabrication machinery.
  • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, technical drawings, and customer requirements.
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot fabrication issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Work closely with production supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards.

Metal Fabricator / Gasket Assembler (Industrial Manufacturing) Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in gasket manufacturing, metal fabrication, or a related industrial manufacturing environment.
