Field Construction Assistant

Roof Depot is hiring a Field Construction Assistant to support our Homebuilder Solutions team. This role is built for someone who wants to build a career in construction, take ownership in the field, and be part of a team focused on execution, quality, and accountability.

What You Will Do

• Support daily field operations across active residential construction projects

• Work alongside Area Construction Managers and Field Construction Managers to keep projects on schedule

• Communicate with crews, suppliers, and builders to resolve issues and keep jobs moving

• Assist with quality control inspections and safety compliance

• Help manage material deliveries, shortages, returns, and job site logistics

• Track project progress from start to completion

• Support punch list completion, warranty items, and final walkthroughs

• Assist with material transportation and deliveries when needed
