Job description

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Automotive Quality Inspectors for our client in the automotive industry located in East Liberty, OH.

Location: East Liberty, OH

Start date: ASAP!

Shift hours:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:15 PM – 2:15 AM

Payrate:  $18.00-$18.50/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production.
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications
  • Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements :

  • This is an entry level position; Quality experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
