Location: Lebanon, TN
Pay: $16-$30.00 hrly
Shifts: Multiple shifts available

Available PositionsMIG Welder
  • Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and welding instructions.

  • Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.

  • Follow established safety and quality procedures.

  • Experience with stick or spot welding is a plus.

Robotic Welder Programmer
  • Program, operate, and troubleshoot robotic MIG welding systems.

  • Create and modify robotic welding programs using DTPS.

  • Interpret blueprints and verify welding requirements.

  • Monitor weld quality and make programming adjustments as needed.

  • Support production efficiency, equipment performance, and continuous improvement.

Production Supervisor
  • Lead and support a production team of approximately 5–10 employees.

  • Coordinate daily production activities and work assignments.

  • Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule expectations.

  • Train, coach, and develop team members.

  • Identify production concerns and help implement effective solutions.

Production Associate — Entry Level
  • Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes.

  • Assemble, inspect, and package finished products.

  • Complete routine quality checks.

  • Move materials and supplies throughout the production area.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Shipping & Receiving Associate
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation.

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as assigned.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.

  • Help ensure materials are stored and shipped correctly.

Quality Assurance Associate
  • Inspect products, components, and materials for defects.

  • Verify compliance with established quality requirements.

  • Complete and maintain quality documentation.

  • Report defects, discrepancies, and recurring quality concerns.

  • Support corrective actions and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $30.00 per hour
