The Business Support Specialist provides research and analytical support for lending account reviews
Primary responsibilities include:
โ€ข Following standard operating procedures
โ€ข Data entry
โ€ข Research of customer accounts
โ€ข Reporting and Analytics
Required Skills/Experience:
โ€ข Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
โ€ข Strong communication skills: email and business internal
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and perform in a deadline-driven environment

Education:
โ€ข HS diploma or equivalent
Payment activity research for data on first delinquency dates
