Job description

Entry level kitchen position including:

  • Cooking food on the line as ordered
  • Preparing backups for the line
  • Prep work during lulls
  • Ensuring quality control of dishes and ingredients
  • Operating within the standards set by the management team

Line cooks are responsible for opening and closing the line and ensuring a clean workspace at the end of each shift.

Food handlers cards are required by the city of Columbia within 30 days of hiring.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand consistently for extended periods of time

Availability must remain consistent with applications for a minimum of 3 months upon initial hiring
