  • Role: Quality Control Associate I
  • Location: Norwood, MA (100% On-Site)
  • Job Type: 6-Month Contract
  • Pay Rate: Up to $38.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Target Start Date: September 7, 2026
  • Education Requirements: BA/BS in a STEM field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years in a GMP Quality Control laboratory setting

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine bioassay and analytical testing, including Cell-Based Potency, qPCR, sequencing, and electrophoresis.
  • Support raw material testing and maintain general laboratory readiness.
  • Prepare essential reagents, keep equipment calibrated and clean, and manage lab supplies/inventories.
  • Write, revise, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
  • Support data management by scanning, logging, and uploading accurate laboratory records.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and participate in internal/external audits.
  • Foster a safe, clean, and engaging working environment alongside a supportive cross-functional team.
