Job Title: Spec 1, Quality Control
Location: El Paso, TX 79912
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

Responsible for performing quality control testing in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. This role includes laboratory testing, chemical analysis, product release activities, documentation, and supporting production, validation, and new product development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform chemical analysis on drug products and incoming raw materials.
  • Prepare reagents, solutions, and standard solutions for laboratory testing.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, notebooks, and worksheets.
  • Generate and maintain Quality Control reports.
  • Support product release activities in accordance with quality standards.
  • Assist Production and Validation projects with QC testing.
  • Support new product development, product launches, and capacity expansion projects.
  • Maintain laboratory housekeeping and follow all safety procedures.
  • Perform calibration and preventive maintenance activities for laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, and laboratory procedures.
  • Participate in chemistry and life sciences research activities to support healthcare innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or another related Life Science field.
