Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector (Entry-Level)
Location: Tomball, TX (Training located at Cypress facility)
Shift Options: Day Shift & Night Shift (Monday – Saturday, 12-hour shifts) 
Day: 8AM - 8PM
Night: 8PM - 8AM 
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr (Day Shift) | $16.75/hr (Night Shift)

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our quality assurance team as Entry-Level QC Inspectors. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet company standards before leaving the facility. While this is an entry-level position, ideal candidates will bring a sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Prior inspection or quality control experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual and manual quality inspections on products and materials.
  • Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
  • Pay close attention to fine details to maintain strict quality standards.
  • Communicate inspection results with team members and supervisors.
  • Follow all safety protocols and facility operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High attention to detail and strong observational skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.
