We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Technician to ensure that all incoming materials and outgoing products meet established quality standards. This role is responsible for performing inspections, documenting results, rejecting non-conforming materials or products, and working closely with the production team to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to resolve quality concerns efficiently while maintaining detailed records and supporting overall product excellence.
Essential Functions:
  • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
  • Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Closely partner with production team on quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Complete special assignments as required/requested by management.
  • Inspect and test a variety of products for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Perform daily quality checks to ensure all products meet quality standards before being shipped.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a physical screen, respiratory screen, drug screen and background check if job offer is received and accepted
  • Ability to use standard safety equipment and wear all required personal protective equipment (in extreme hot/cold environments)
