Role Overview:
The Quality Engineer ensures that products, processes, and services meet defined quality, safety, reliability, and regulatory standards. This role supports quality systems, resolves issues, and drives continuous improvement across development and production.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance/control processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor production and development activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform inspections, testing, and audits (internal and supplier).
  • Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
  • Analyze quality data (defects, nonconformances, process capability) to identify trends and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Review designs and processes to support quality, manufacturability, and inspectability.
  • Maintain documentation including test plans, inspection reports, and risk assessments.
  • Train and support teams on quality tools, processes, and standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
