Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.27 per hour Shift: 3rd shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Full time, temp-to-hire; must be able to work weekends if needed) Why you should apply to be a Quality Control Inspector:

What’s a typical day as a Quality Control Inspector? You’ll be:
- Verifying procured materials, sub-assemblies, finished products, and processes to ensure they meet quality standards
- Performing visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and electrical testing using various inspection tools (e.g., rulers, DVMs, power supplies, analyzers, custom fixtures)
- Documenting inspection and test results according to established procedures and maintaining quality documentation files such as Device History Records (DHR) and Inspection History Records
- Processing returned materials per established protocols
- Reading and interpreting documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Production Data Authorizations (PDAs), and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Communicating defects, delays, or material shortages to supervisors and interfacing with other departments as required
- Maintaining safety standards and following company procedures
- Training other Inspectors on quality standards and procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bring 0 to 3 years of experience in a related quality control or manufacturing role (preferred)
- Possess a manufacturing or production background
- Are familiar with the use of mechanical and electronic test equipment
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Are able to read and interpret procedures and documentation
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. and are comfortable working the 3rd shift, including weekends if needed
- Experience with Oracle and MES is a plus
