About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our agricultural replacement parts consistently meet customer, engineering, and company quality standards.

This hands-on position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically minded, dependable, and driven to improve. You will work closely with Production and other departments to identify issues, solve problems, and help deliver parts our customers can rely on.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished parts.
  • Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and samples.
  • Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Document defects, inspection results, and nonconforming material.
  • Help identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with Production and other teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce defects.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and a clean, organized work area.
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Comfortable using measuring and inspection equipment.
  • Basic computer and recordkeeping skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.

Preferred:

  • 1–3 years of quality or manufacturing experience.
  • Agricultural equipment or replacement-parts experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
