Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off

Responsibilities:

  • Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, andspecificationcompliance

  • Audit production and packaging for accuracyinshapes,specifications,storage,packaging,labelingandcoding

  • Identifyand manage non-conforming productsand food safetyhazards, ensuring issues are investigated and recommending solutions

  • Maintainrecords,documentation,andretention samples

  • Proactivelyidentifyandexecute on continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accreditedinstitution

  • Bachelor'sdegreein foodrelatedfield(FoodScience, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)

  • Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

  • Experience with MicrosoftOfficeapplications(Outlook,Excel, PowerPoint)
