  • 84 Months experience creating test plans, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools to identify, document, communicate, prioritize, track, and resolve problems. 

  • 84 Months experience in Functional Testing using functional testing tools. 

  • 72 Months experience as a Test/QA Lead. Experience must detail team leadership, working with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts, using Test/QA best practices. 

  • 48 Months experience in creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. 

  • 36 Months experience with Performance and stress testing using performance testing software. 

  • 36 Months experience with planning and implementing automated, data exchange between internal and external systems. 

  • 36 Months experience with automated functional testing. Response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to mitigate test cases from manual testing to automation.

Detailed Job Description: NYSDOH needs temporary contractual services to support the vendor hosted data system for the New York Early Intervention Program (EIP). This application is used to address the Early Intervention Program's (EIP's) functions of child referral and intake, case management, developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service providers' claiming, provider application and approval, reporting, auditing, and compliance with federal and State requirements. The individual in this position will primarily be responsible for overseeing the testing of the Program's data system. The testing effort will require analysis of business requirements. There will also be numerous deliverables that will need to be tested comparing current and new functionality.
