Required Skills:


* Excellent analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong experience with gathering and documenting business requirements

* Strong experience authoring user documentation (such as User Guide, Quick Reference material, etc.)

* Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server)

* Strong experience with Quality Assurance (QA) developing test plans/scripts, testing of applications; ability to identify defects, track resolution of problems, and retest defect corrections

* Experience working within team environment, as well as independently

* Experience working under tight deadlines

* Understanding of Federal FISMA requirements

* Experience with automated testing tools (QTP, UFP)

* Experience with SharePoint or other similar document collaboration platforms
