Job description

E-Logic is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Education's Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS). The QA Analyst will conduct quality assurance reviews of software deliverables, verify compliance with project requirements, and support Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) activities to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality federal IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review project documentation and technical deliverables for quality and completeness.
  • Perform quality assurance assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Verify compliance with project requirements and established standards.
  • Document findings and prepare quality assessment reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate QA documentation and records.
  • Assist with project quality reviews and audits.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or quality control supporting federal systems.
  • Experience reviewing software requirements, technical documentation, and system deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ISTQB, CSQA, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience with requirements traceability and software testing methodologies.
  • Experience supporting Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) projects.
