AI Automation Associate


We're launching a company-wide AI transformation initiative-and we're looking for AI Automation Associates to help transform how work gets done across our organization.


This is an entry-level role designed for a recent Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Data Science, or related graduate who has spent the last several years learning how to leverage AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to solve real-world problems.


In this role, you'll be paired with experienced subject matter experts in a specific area of our business to identify repetitive work, build AI-powered solutions, and help teams spend less time on manual tasks and more time creating value.


Unlike many traditional entry-level technology roles, you'll work directly within a business function to deliver meaningful AI-driven improvements while remaining part of the Technology organization for mentorship, continued training, and career development. This structure allows you to build both business and technical expertise while making a measurable impact.

AI Opportunity Discovery


  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities
  • Identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming tasks suitable for automation
  • Document current processes and recommend AI-driven improvements
  • Help prioritize projects based on business impact and implementation effort
  • Document current-state workflows, identify root causes of inefficiency, and recommend automation opportunities based on business value and implementation complexity


AI Solution Development


  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows using modern AI platforms and tools
  • Develop prompts, automations, agents, and integrations that streamline work
  • Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to test new ideas quickly
  • Partner with technical teams when deeper development support is required
  • Build AI-powered solutions with consideration for data privacy, security, access controls, and responsible AI usage
  • Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of deployed automations and AI solutions


Business Process Automation


  • Support automation initiatives across marketing, sales, finance, accounting, recruiting, operations, and other business functions

  • Strong curiosity about automation, productivity, and emerging technologies

  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work independently
