The Role …


We’re seeking an Entry-Level Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and help drive efficient operations through data-driven insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in analytical skills while gaining hands-on experience.


In this role, under the mentorship of senior staff, you’ll contribute to the development of reports and dashboards, analyze operational data, help identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities. Over time, you’ll evolve into the role of Systems subject matter expert, assuming responsibility for resolving support requests from teammates, supporting maintaining system integrity and incorporating emerging AI capabilities.


This position is located at our Secaucus, NJ corporate headquarters, and has the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.


Your Responsibilities …


Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collaborate with Operations & IT teams to develop and implement reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure reports and dashboards accurately reflect requested data and are presented in a clear, user-friendly format
  • Generate ad-hoc reports, data models, analyses, and benchmarking requests to support the Operations team as needed
  • Identify key drivers and root causes through data analysis, presenting findings clearly and concisely
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Assist with system configurations and operational processes to drive efficiency
  • Develop proficiency in the Operational Systems and provide frontline assistance as needed
  • Improve data reporting efficiency by automating and optimizing processes, reducing manual effort in recurring reporting, benchmarking, and analytics tasks
  • Partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to refine and streamline inventory control processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Workflow Management

  • Collaborate with Operations to measure and report on spend
  • Measure and report on KPIs/performance/ efficiency/spend
  • Develop proficiency in both the functional and technical aspects of operation’s processes and data, providing operational and hands-on support for workflows.
Requirements:

You’ll Need …

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science/Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Intermediate Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statement, macros, INDEX & MATCH)/SQL skills (e.g. Query, Join, Group By, Sort By, Where)
  • Analytical Skills: Foundational analytical and data visualization skills, capable of identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in data analyses
  • Data Modeling Skills: Experience developing “what-if” scenarios
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrates effective communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable insights, with a focus on presenting these recommendations
  • Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense)
  • Business Travel: Ability to travel as needed a few times a year (domestic & international)

Highly Desired Experience & Skills …

  • Experience: Relevant internships in a supply chain analysis position or related role highly preferred
  • System Knowledge: Knowledge of Oracle ERP
  • Programming Languages: Python or R
  • Forecasting Skills: Experience with demand, inventory, and warehouse/labor forecasting

The anticipated salary for this role is $70,000. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience for this position. This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.
