About the Role

The Junior Developer plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that enhance clinic operations and improve the patient experience. This position is ideal for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to meaningful, mission-driven work. As a Junior Developer, you will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency at Pinnacle Fertility.

We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of internal software applications and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to implement front-end and back-end solutions that enhance clinic workflows and patient experiences.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices.
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable application performance.
  • Assist with data migration, API integrations, and system configuration tasks.
  • Partner with QA and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Pinnacle Fertility’s technology standards, data security protocols, and confidentiality requirements.

  • Education:
