We are seeking an entry-level AI Engineer to help build and optimize our machine learning systems. In this role, you will work on data-matching projects, automate workflows, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to improve data processing accuracy.
Location: If New Jersey is based this role will be hybrid. Open to remote for outside of New Jersey

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Model Support: Assist in building and tuning machine learning and NLP models
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making
  • RAG Development: Support the implementation of RAG pipelines and search systems
  • Data Pipelines: Write Python code to clean, transform, and prepare large datasets
  • Cloud Integration: Help deploy and run AI models within cloud environments
  • Model Support: Assist in building and tuning machine learning and NLP models.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure tools like Terraform

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $77,000 to $137,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
