  • Perform hands‑on hardware integration, including connecting sensors, payloads, communication modules, compute hardware, and embedded control systems.
  • Troubleshoot system‑level issues involving software, hardware interfaces, networking, and real‑time constraints.
  • Work cohesively on multi‑functional teams to deliver reliable, performant, and well‑validated system functionality under dynamic, fast‑paced program needs.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to software architecture, system design improvements, and development best practices.

  • Familiarity with software configuration management, defect tracking, and continuous integration tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with UAS, autopilots, and integration (PX4, ArduPilot)
  • Experience working with ROS/ROS2.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on hardware experience (sensor integration, interfaces, debugging, lab equipment usage)
  • Experience coding in Python
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and machine learning techniques.
  • Practical experience implementing or optimizing CV/ML models using frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorRT, TensorFlow/Keras/TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch, OpenVINO, or similar.
  • Experience building and maintaining toolchains for automated builds and deployments.
  • Strong understanding of automated testing and CI/CD processes.
