Job description

Job Title: Full Stack Python Developer (Ansible & Network Automation – CI/CD)

Location: Boston, MA (On-Site/Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Python Developer with strong expertise in Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and network automation. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable applications while also automating infrastructure and network operations using modern DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full stack applications using Python
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
  • Implement network automation solutions using Ansible
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
  • Integrate applications with cloud and network systems
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Network, and Infrastructure teams
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and automation workflows

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Python development (Django / Flask preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation
  • Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
  • Knowledge of network automation concepts and tools
  • Strong Working Experience on Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
  • Experience with REST APIs and system integration
  • Strong understanding of Linux environments and scripting

Nice to Have:

  • Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional DevOps environments
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle production support and automation tasks
