We are looking for an experienced Material Handler to join our growing Team! Starting rate based on experience.


Summary


Pull parts created by the weld and mobility departments for the assembly and welding lines according to specified production needs. You will be picking items needed off the pick list, verify that all parts are up to standards, correct quantity is pulled, then deliver the parts to the designated location. You will scan the parts from the pull location to the point of use location. You will be lifting 55 pounds regularly.

Requirements

Responsible for pulling parts for departments.

  • Must speak English, bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Read pick list and pull parts, verifying the accuracy of count to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Use hand held scan gun for inventory transfers necessary to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Alert purchasing agent of missing stock or stock outage
  • Working in a team environment
  • Able to use a pallet jack
  • Working with team members to achieve Harmar's safety goals.
  • Cleaning up of the warehouse floor and throwing trash away at the end of the day.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

Experience using power tools, Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, hands-on computer experience, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fork lift experience or willing to obtain fork lift license.
