Entry-Level Bid Coordinator Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple bid deadlines and priorities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally
  • Comfortable learning construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and verify work for accuracy
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation for occasional jobsite visits, document deliveries, and posting notices
  • Ability to maintain confidential company and project information
  • Ability to work full-time in the office
  • Valid California driver’s license and an acceptable driving record that meets the company’s insurance requirements
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle for occasional document deliveries, jobsite visits, and posting construction notices
  • Employment is contingent upon verification of driving eligibility
