Sunrise Dental and ZapZzz are seeking a motivated and highly organized Labor Liaison to support union relations, event coordination, marketing initiatives, and client engagement efforts in the Seattle area and throughout Washington. This is an entry-level position that reports directly to the Executive Director of Labor and offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a fast-paced and relationship-driven organization.
The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously. This role requires daily interaction with union leadership, dental offices, vendors, community organizations, and internal teams. No prior labor relations experience is required, but professionalism, adaptability, and strong people skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Union & Community Relations:
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with union leaders, members, labor councils, and community organizations through regular communication, event participation, and outreach efforts.
Event Planning & Coordination:
Help organize and coordinate multiple events including union meetings, conventions, golf tournaments, clay shoots, health fairs, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events.
Marketing Support:
Assist with multiple marketing programs including email campaigns, social media coordination, direct mail campaigns, promotional materials, and office outreach efforts.
Client Relations:
Provide excellent support and communication for both union relationships and clinical office relationships while helping coordinate services, follow-ups, and event logistics.
Administrative & Organizational Support:
Maintain spreadsheets, tracking systems, CRM updates, event registrations, sponsorship records, mailing lists, and project timelines with strong attention to detail.
Office & Field Support:
Travel to dental offices, union halls, conventions, and community events as needed to support Sunrise Dental and ZapZzz initiatives.
Communication:
Work directly with the Executive Director of Labor and internal departments to ensure projects, outreach efforts, and marketing initiatives stay organized and on schedule.
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
