This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits you. Although you will be working from home, you will remain an integral part of our outpatient team. We utilize various telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services, which facilitates seamless communication with clients and colleagues. Our virtual environment is designed to encourage collaboration and support amongst team members through regular check-ins and shared resources.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, create clinical diagnoses, and tailor appropriate treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are designed to meet the unique experiences and goals of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for clients in acute mental health crises, effectively evaluating situations and determining the necessary support actions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health care specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment choices, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights whenever necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, trainings, and other educational opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health conditions. You will work closely with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your sensitivity to their distinct needs and experiences will be crucial in helping them achieve positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities to effectively support clients in need.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your capability to deliver competent therapeutic care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• A proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in all therapeutic interactions.

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings provides a strong foundation for this role.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is advantageous.
• Experience in addressing a wide range of mental health disorders is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
