We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in project management and coordination. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information among team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to project leads.
  • Help organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including files, contracts, and reports.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
