Job Overview:
Job Summary**
The Civil Helper will assist skilled craft workers with various tasks related to civil construction projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations for Primoris Energy Services in Sherman, Texas. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in civil construction.
Job Responsibilities**
* Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, shoveling, and raking.
* Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
* Operate small hand and power tools under supervision.
* Maintain a clean and organized work site, including debris removal and material handling.
* Follow all safety regulations and company policies diligently.
* Assist in setting up and dismantling work zones, including traffic control devices.
* Support skilled craft workers (e.g., excavators, pipefitters, concrete finishers) with their tasks as directed.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Job Qualifications**
