Job description

Noble is hiring for 3 Project Administrators to work a hybrid work schedule at our Corporate Office in Houston. Noble is a leading offshore drilling contractor where we own and operate one of the most modern and technically advanced fleets. Noble has been engaged in the contract drilling of oil and gas wells since 1921. The Project Administrator supports project teams in planning and execution phases, focusing on administrative coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, vendor communications, and light project engineering tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for recent engineering graduates seeking hands-on experience in project management and operations. The position offers opportunities for growth and learning, including exposure to global shipyard operations and collaboration with experienced project professionals. During project planning, the role is office-based; during execution, it requires 2-3 months at shipyards worldwide with the project team.

These roles will be on a strict CONTRACT only basis for about 6-7 months.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for project team members.
  • Support vendor communications and follow-up on deliverables.
  • Perform cost control tasks.
  • Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Maintain project files, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Participate in project execution phases at shipyards, supporting the team with administrative and basic technical tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Provide general support to project engineers and managers as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
