Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Coordinator/ Office Support Specialist to provide comprehensive office management and administrative support in Orlando Florida.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day office management and clerical support
  • Prepare, coordinate, and distribute correspondence, reports, rosters, and presentation materials
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general front office support
  • Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing systems and records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking, itinerary preparation, and expense reporting
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track action items
  • Assist with office moves, workspace coordination, and general office logistics
  • Support timekeeping and administrative tracking processes
  • Coordinate visitor access and required documentation for site visits
  • Assist with travel documentation needs, including passports and visas when applicable
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and courier services
  • Support the preparation and processing of internal recognition or awards documentation
  • Review and format presentations, briefings, and reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and internal briefings
  • Track facility-related requests and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve issues
  • Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and distribute materials as needed
  • Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues and coordinate with support teams when necessary

Position Requirements:
