Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level individual to join our Account Services team in the position of Account Coordinator. The individual will assist with the coordination, execution and communication of advertising activities for the Western Region and Buick-GMC Local Marketing Associations (LMAs).
Responsibilities
  • Support an Account Supervisor in managing multiple LMA groups
  • Maintain contact with and obtain input from Account Supervisors for implementation of advertising programs (including model selections, incentive selections, creative rotations, etc)
  • Communicate regularly with Regional Account Director and Account Supervisors to obtain direction and offer strategic insight
  • Manage regular regional reporting, including regional calendars, meeting dates, weekly inventory reports and sales reports
  • Track Regional incentive changes and LMA specific incentives
  • Build meeting materials for Account Supervisors LMA meetings
  • Maintain communication with necessary vendors and handle their questions and needs accordingly
  • Communicate with Digital, Traffic and Account Service Teams for media trafficking management
  • Attend status meetings and produce status reports
  • Attend virtual LMA meetings and assist in taking notes for Account Supervisors
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications
Education:
4-year college degree in marketing, advertising, management or related field
Skills and Experience:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced and capable with Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and proofreading skills
  • Analytical ability
  • Client-focused with a strong sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal skills; must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-starter, takes initiative and is comfortable leading a project from start to finish

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $57,008.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
