Job description

As a Mold Remediation Technician, you’ll be part of a team responding to mold, water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You will be an integral part of a solution for families in the midst of many important decisions regarding the buying and selling of their home!


This is hands-on, active work with room to grow. And our customers LOVE us!

FULL TIME AND PART TIME AVAILABLE!!


What You’ll Do

  • Perform mold remediation at assigned residential jobs.
  • Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, air scrubbers, and other remediation equipment.
  • Clean, HEPA vacuum, treat, and detail affected areas as directed.
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Communicate clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammates.
  • Follow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standards.
  • Treat customers with respect and integrity.

Requirements:

  • NYS Mold License and/or IICRC AMRT (or will train!!)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day.
  • Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • NO WEEKENDS!!!

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $30-34/hr. (based on experience and summer hours).
  • Total earning potential: $55,000-$75,000.
